The trip to PA/Jersey starts this Saturday morning, and will end the afternoon of the 24th. When we are both in the same city again, you'll need to come to Boston Cheesesteak down here in G-town. I would say they did a good job at making the set fun to play. The snow covered lands are worth playing now, as there are a ton of quality cards that are fueled by snow mana. Some cards though I saw were destined to remain in our card boxes. One card has snow covered landwalk, good in the Coldsnap tourney, but I don't think I'll put it in a deck. From what it sounded like, they were trying to make it so you didn't have to have tons of snow land to make use of the cards, which is good because I had also been destroying mine. Sunday, I tried to convince myself it really wasn't all that much Magic. I mean, I had a three hour break where no Magic was played. Then I realized I had been at the hotel from 9:15 - 10:30, and was involved in Magic for 9 hours. I can't fool myself anymore. Sully: No big deal on the tourney, though I wish you had been able to attend, it sounds like you had a much more productive day. You got stuff done, I was cramped between two fat guys nicknamed Spanky who hadn't showered in a month. Getting a free computer out of the deal is just icing on the cake.
